Yes, we do require insurance when you are renting a storage unit. You can provide proof of your own insurance as you are checking out, or you can purchase one of our insurance plans. Are locks provided/sold on site?
Yes, our storage facility sells locks – as well as additional moving and packing supplies – on site. At Printworks Mill Storage we sell a variety of packing and moving supplies, including locks, boxes, packing tape, mattress covers, box cutters and more!
How do I pay my bill online?
Navigate to the top of our website, and you will see a button that says “Pay Bill.” From there, login and click on the storage unit in your account that you wish to pay the bill for. You can also choose to prepay for your upcoming month’s bill.

No, currently our storage facility does not offer any sort of moving service. However, we list our Neighborhood Friends at the bottom rental page, so our tenants can find local assistance with trusted businesses. Search through our Neighborhood Friends list to find movers within your area.
Do you have truck rentals?

Do you have storage auctions?
Yes, our storage facility does hold storage auctions. Auctions of storage units occur after fulfilling the state lien law procedure of someone who has not made a payment on their unit.
